Team LisSmash provides beginner barbell, powerlifting, fat loss and nutrition coaching to clients both online and around Atlanta. LisSmash guarantees a safe, fun and positive training atmosphere.
Our athletes are teachers, doctors, and producers. Beyond these day jobs, we seek solace in the barbell, to improve strength, confidence and health. Some train to compete. Others train for weight loss or aesthetic goals. We all train for the challenge and the satisfaction that getting stronger brings.
Everyday life presents plenty of obstacles to keep you from working out. Say you finally make it to the gym. If your trainer is taking selfies rather than helping you–or the place is a meat market–you don’t want to go back, right?
One size fits all doesn’t work for Speedos and it doesn’t work for coaching. Each training program is customized to fit your unique lifestyle and goals.
Let’s smash the status quo of barbell training. It’s not only for dude-bros, and it’s not only for bodybuilders. It CAN make you bulky IF you train/eat for that. OR it CAN help you lose fat IF you train/eat for that.

Team Training (small group training)
Training in a small group is not only more economical, but it’s super motivating to lift with training partners. It’s also really helpful to observe and learn from others and be part of a training community. Both women-only and coed sessions are available. Team Training sessions are offered Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30-7:30p and Saturdays from 10a-1p. Monthly and punch-card options are available. Per session rates are $25-45.
Personal Training (coaching, programming & nutrition help)
We’ll work together toward achieving your goals, whether you wish to gain strength, lose body fat, add muscle, or just do a proper squat. Depending on how often you wish to train, and whether you can do additional sessions on your own, I’ll write a training program just for you. We’ll also dig into as much nutrition counseling as you desire. Per session rates are $75-100.
