Barbell training can help you meet many different goals – get stronger, lose bodyfat, gain muscle mass, age gracefully, or prepare for a competition.
In every program, we train four major barbell lifts: squat, deadlift, bench and overhead press.
Both beginners and experienced athletes alike will benefit from strength training.
But this is not JUST lifting weights.
We also use stuff like dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, farmer carry handles, sleds, rowers and exercise bikes.
Movement prep and mobility work is incorporated too. In some cases, sessions will conclude with high intensity conditioning work.
