The USA Powerlifting Atlanta Women’s Open is open to female competitors of all experience levels. We celebrate female powerlifters and strength athletes and aim to attract more women to the sport of powerlifting.
CrossFitters and first-time competitors are welcome. Of course the event is also open to non-CrossFitters, more experienced lifters and all women who want to test their squat, bench and deadlift. We also welcome gender non-binary athletes who fall within the USAPL guidelines of a female lifter.

The venue has a small parking lot, but plenty of overflow parking within two blocks, on the street on Rio Circle and Pine Street. Please DO NOT PARK in the lots of our neighboring businesses.
Full power, Bench only, Deadlift only.
Novice, Teen, Junior, Open, Masters, Military, Police/Fire divisions.
Weight classes: 43kg/94.75lbs (Teen/Juniors only), 47kg/103.5lbs, 52kg/114.75lbs, 57kg/125.75lbs, 63kg/139lbs, 72kg/158.75lbs, 84kg/185.25lbs, 84+kg/185.25+lbs

New to USA Powerlifting?
Read this before registering:
You MUST be a current USA Powerlifting member to compete. Click Here to join. (Cost: $45)
Meet registration is $85 for all divisions (PRICE INCREASES TO $115 ON 4/8).
Cost of each additional division is $50.
To guarantee you get an event t-shirt, pre-order it by April 22.
10% of the competitors WILL be drug tested. Selections are random.
All meet fees are non-refundable!
There are a few items that are mandatory to wear on the platform. These include:
Underwear without legs (briefs/bikinis/thongs, no boy shorts/bike shorts)
A non-supportive T-shirt (V-necks and pockets are not allowed)
Long knee socks for deadlifts
Gear that can also be used by raw lifters includes the following:
*Make sure your equipment meets USA Powerlifting standards as defined in the USA Powerlifting Rules.
